GlassBoxx login not working

I have been trying to log into Glassboxx desktop app to read a book that I purchased and it does NOT WORK!
When i attempt to login the verification email does not arrive within time to use the code. Then when it does arrive in time, the code is not accepted, it continually give an error message that says ? “incrorrect …” and no means of fixing it.
