Glassboxx User Guide: Logging In

New to Glassboxx?

If you’ve never used the Glassboxx Reader App before, welcome! We have set you up with an account and given you access to a collection of books provided by some of our participating publishers for this user group!

Simply Download the Glassboxx App and enter the email address you used for sign up (the same one you use to log in to this space) to log in to the app. You will then receive a verification code to that same email. Once entered, you will be all set and ready to start reading (and reviewing your app experience)!

Already Have a Glassboxx Account?

That’s great to hear! Hopefully, you used your same email address that you currently use for Glassboxx - in which case, log in and see all the new books our publishers have provided for testing! If you have used a different email, you have a couple of options:

1. Maintain Two Accounts: If you would prefer to have two separate logins for Glassboxx (one for your purchased titles and one for the testing environment), simply log out of your current account and log back in with the email you have set up for this testing space. You will receive a verification code to that new email at which point you can access the test titles.

2. Merge the Accounts: If you would prefer to have all titles under one email address, we are happy to do this for you! Simply reach out to help@glassboxx.com, and request that they merge your two accounts. Please provide our team with both emails, and note which one you would like to use for your account from now on.
